Gamertag Impersonation

I recently got into an argument with my roommate on the Xbox we share, and in the heat of the moment, he signed into my account, changed my Gamertag using my credit card, then proceeded to create a new xbox live account and name it my old gamertag. Though
he paid me back a day later, and apologized, he was unable to sign back into the account in order to change the gamertag of that one to a randomized one. I was curious as to if there was anyway to change the other accounts Gamertag in order to change my Gamertag
back to what it was before the argument. The other accounts gamertag is AccursedBug, and there is no shown activity or friends/followers on it, I am willing to pay my account's gamertag to be changed.

Just file a complaint on them via console. If nothing happens just ignore him/her.

Hi,

I have an awkward situation. I have someone who has made an gamertag, that has all of my personal information in the bio and they're pretending to be me. I called XBOX support and they directed me here.

(I can provide further proof if you need it upon request about me being who I say I am.)

I'm not sure what to do about this, because whatever they're saying its getting backlashed onto me on Twitter. Is there anything you can do?

The account that has your old Gamertag, you'll need to pay to change that to something else in order to free up the name again.

Then you'll need to pay to change your account's name (the one you want to use) to the Gamertag you wish to have, the one you just freed up.

But you mentioned that he wasn't able to sign into the new account (the one that has your desired GT) -- why is that? Is there an error code? Changing that one first will be the key to making this work.
