    Gamertag Hasn't Changed But Payment Has Gone Through


    As the title says, I've paid for a new gamertag, everything went through but its been a couple days now and nothing has changed, not sure if I'm able to get a refund. Help!

    Maybe the payment hasn't gone all the way through yet?

    It may take a little time before the gamertag change shows up. Could be a few minutes to maybe 24 hours...

    Is "ItalianSpice" the new gamertag you paid for? That's what I see at the time of this posting.

    That's the old one unfortunately. I'll give it another day or two and see what happens.

    If it has been a couple of days you should contact official billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us for a refund.

    Gamertag Hasn't Changed But Payment Has Gone Through

    It looks like your gamertag has now changed here on the forums if it has not changed on the console please try removing your profile from the console and reloading it again and hopefully your new gamertag will then be show on the console.

    It looks like your gamertag has now changed here on the forums if it has not changed on the console please try removing your profile from the console and reloading it again and hopefully your new gamertag will then be show on the console.
