    Hi, about 4 days ago I purchased a GamerTag change, and after doing so, it never went through. Any help would be great. Thank you!

    I changed my gamertag on Wednesday morning. I was charged $9.99 immediately. But it's Sunday night and it still hasn't changed. Is it normal for it to take this long?

    don't worry it could take up to a week until the the change is finished.

    Last time I changed mine it was changed forward and backward during the first week depending on the server I was playing on. 😉

    It's up to you as to whether or not you should change it again, but to confirm, yes. Your old tag will show in areas that have not been updated to work with special characters.
