    Gamertag has not changed after I payed.


    I payed 11$ to changed my gamertag and I did not receive the new one.

    Gamertag hasn't changed

    I payed for my gamertag to be changed and it has been 24 hours and the change has not been implemented, how do I resolve this situation?

    so i payed my full 10.00 dollars to change my gamertag and its been over 24 hours and it still has not changed im very pissed at this point

    Gamertag has not changed after I payed.

    It takes a while for a gtag change to be reflected by the service servers. If the change is not committed within 24 hrs call support: Customer Support

    After one use of the change gamertag feature for free you then have to pay 9.99 after for any further gamertag changes. But if you didn't change it try contacting xbox for support

    Unfortunately no, there wouldn't be a way to change your gamertag without paying. Everyone gets one free change then you have to pay to change it after that.

    You get 1 chance to change your Gamertag. And it has to be in the first 30 day of your account creation. After 30 days you have to pay the 10 dollars in order to change it.
