    So I set up my new XBOX One, put in my email and password. My Gamertag has changed, my gamer points and friends are gone, even though the profile has the correct name and billing info. Also my Gold membership seems to be gone as when I sign in it prompts
    me to sign up for gold. I just renewed Nov 1rst.

    Live Chat couldn't help. Hopefully someone here can PLEASE

    New Gamertag won't update on some games.

    I changed my Gamertag (again) and now on some games it has not updated, it has actually gone back to a previous Gamertag, not the one I just changed it from. The XB1 home screen is updated and Black Ops 3 is but Battlefield 4 is not updated (although Battlelog
    is). Might it take a few hours to sync or have I changed it so many times now that I have wrecked it? Not had this problem before. I have tried redownloading profile and hard reset.

    Problem solved created a new sdult profile and linked it old gamertag. Then changed settings and now can play online!

    Hello, have you made sure you put in the email and password which are linked to the Gamertag itself, if so I suggest contacting Xbox Live Support by phone as they have access to account settings etc.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    Make sure your region is correct as the provided link is the US version of the support page

  5. I actually have 2 emails associated with the account and both bring up the wrong profile when logged in. I only have the one gamer tag. I can't even find it online on the Xbox website or the msn website. Guess I will have to wait for them to call me tomorrow.

    I actually have 2 emails associated with the account and both bring up the wrong profile when logged in. I only have the one gamer tag. I can't even find it online on the Xbox website or the msn website. Guess I will have to wait for them to call me tomorrow.
