    Gamertag grayed out in microsoft account


    When I open my son's minecraft and go to privacy settings, it routes me to my Microsoft account but his Gamtertag is grayed out and there's another gamertag that we dnt recognize. How can i change my son's privacy? thank you Gamertag grayed out in microsoft account :)

    • Can you share a screenshot of it? Just make sure to hash some part of the gamertag for it not to show the entire gamer tag.

    So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

    You cannot have 2 gamer tags on an account.

    Unable to accept new terms of use.

    Can't change account info on console or the website because it won't let me access it.

    On the console, account it grayed out.

    On the website it just says "This page can not be found." when I click on account management.

    Microsoft is so ****.

    How to change you GT on PC?

    xbox.com go to 'my account' on the top right hand corner. click on 'edit profile' in the gray box under your avatar. first option is change gamertag.
