    Gamertag Glitched


    So for some reason my gamertag is glitched.

    I can login just fine but I cannot get friend requests. When I send out a friend request the person that I send the request to cannot accept it. Also my profile doesn't appear on xbox.com at all or any other gamertag websites. I'm planning on adding gold
    to my gamertag but I'm awaiting until my gamertag is fully functional to use before I proceed.

    Original gamertag is inaccessible & GLITCHED due to a inactive spaced version

    Spaced gamertags were created by people looking to steal OG Gamertags during the 360 era. They are glitched gamertags, basically cheating.

    By the looks of things you may need to contact Xbox Customer Support.

    For USA/Canada: 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    Alternatie USA/Canada: (425)-635-7180

    For UK: +44 0800 587 1102

    Explain the situation to them in full detail and make them aware of your concerns. They will be able to escalate this issue to higher support who would be able to find the best resolution for you.

    Alternatively you can visit
    http://support.xbox.com     and contact them through that. What ever way works best for you!

    I hope you get your account sorted out, please keep me updated when you get a solution to this from Xbox Customer Support.

    Okay, in terms of the error you saw on the site when trying to access your account / profile - if you get it, please clear your computer's cache and cookies. If that fails, then you will need to contact phone support (which can be done

    HERE    , by requesting a call) as it may be an issue with your account.

    Sometimes the system takes time to fully catch up and update.

    Give it a few days or a week for changes to catch up across all features.

    It either means that there was a problem with the site when you tried searching or the profile doesn't exist.
