only the account holder can make a complaint about their own account issues, if your family member does not like the name they can report it via the xbox network service, you may then get another forced name change.

the name you are given is generated completely at random (auto generated), and as you agree to the terms of the account when logging in each time you either have to pay for a name change or live with that name.

no matter how many complaints are given they will never give a free name change out.

Actually my family member who is offended by the new name given would like to make a complaint and under disability law she has a right to so. Can I have the address of Microsoft complaints please? Thanks for your help ☺️👍☺️

But yes, it is what it is. Right now is not possible get another free change.

Maybe in the future that would change, but for now we don't have the option

Says I can't, my name I've had since university and has been my gamertag for years is gone, it was not offensive at all. There's bigger things to worry about, I just want the name assigned changed.
