Gamertag forcibly changed

They are real gamertag that someone probably has made a complaint against. However, if you look up any of the names that come up, all of the non-offensive names are still on Xbox Live, while the obvious offensive names (some
are really bad) have already been removed. This would suggest the Xbox Enforcement has made a decision on these names long before it is put on 'Enforcement United'.

 

So basically the people in the programme are doing nothing of any use?

The programme is still in beta (and will probably be for the foreseeable future), so I don't think they would fully implement anything from it as a beta programme. When they do fully roll out the programme, it will more likely
to be used a vet through frivolous complaints, so that the Enforcement Team can make the final decision on the names deemed inappropriate. Essentially, Ambassadors doing the heavy lifting.

Nowhere in the FAQ does it state that these are tags that have been previously acted on. In fact it seems quite clear that these are currently reported gamertags.
