Gamertag forcibly changed

Just because something is not intentional, does not mean it does not violate the COC. The point is, that I believe that somebody saw what I saw, and that is why it was changed. It offended somebody, and the enforcement team agreed. I can only assume that
this is the reason it was changed, but in truth, now that I pointed it out, even you can see it...

 

And the point I'm trying to make is the file complaint system can be manipulated as I stated in my other post, as well as the reputation. Which does make your opinion a bit invalid. But you will believe what you want to believe I cannot change that, and
I won't repeat myself any further. As I do not want to engage in an alteration. My beliefs are different from yours, but I always go by fact and there for the moment rather than troubleshoot knowledge. While I appreciate your opinion.

Lets look at it this way. OUTSIDER. My gamertag. Now, there is every possibility that somebody could take each letter of my tag and find something that each letter stands for that is offensive, and file a complaint on it. If the enforcement team sees the
same thing, they could also find it offensive and change it. OUTSIDER is just the way I used to see myself, nothing more, but if it was changed because there was a way to see it as offensive, even though it was not my intention, I would have no choice but
to accept the decision. As far as the file complaint system being manipulated, I do not agree with you because each complaint is investigated by the enforcement team, and only acted on after that investigation. The enforcement team is not just a bunch of random
people, making random decisions. These are people that are counted on to be fair in their judgement, and likely well trained in doing so. If a complaint is false, they can see it as being such. Rep, at least on the ONE, I do question, because the reports come
from random people that can act on emotion rather then being rational.

 

Again I'm going by past experiences. I've known people with gamertags that hadno violation. Nothing remotely offensive in anyway. A gamertag that would be suitable for all ages to read. The person asked every one of his friends to file a complaint on his
gamertag to get a tag-change free which shouldn't be recommended to anyone to do, this one done years ago. And what do you know? He actually got one. You are entitled to believe what you want. As I said I believe on what I've actially seen happen more, than
what is written in black. And actually I think you will find that not all complaints are genuine. First hand again I know. I played an online game on Halo: Reach (Not naming names) I called called a cheater, aimbot. and that he's filing a complaint and that
he's going to get all of his friends to file complaint as well. Even the ones I haven't came across. To add me quickly and file complaint The complaints system can be manipulated. I could file a complaint on some random person right now and ask others to,
for some random same reason, that would be considered manipulating the complaints system. I would never do that. But just because I wouldn't, doesn't mean it cannot be done by others. That would be going under the category of ganging up on a member through
manipulating the complaints system. I don't know what point you're trying to prove. But my knowledge goes beyond what's written in black text. I've been a hardcore online halo gamer for almost 6 years I've only just recently started playing single player to
get my Gamerscore up. Last month I think i earned about 11K gamerscore in that one month. See when you play one game like Halo 3 for the first 4 years of having Xbox LIVE 95% of the time. You learn a lot of things, your mind is broaded to a horizon you would
never even imagine. And while I know from all aspects of experinces I've encountered throughout this whole time aside from the online gaming to conversations I've had with friends to anything you couldn't possibly all think about at once. You tend to get good
at knowing how things work and how things are possible even if you don't want to believe it. Addionally know this. Over a week ago I filed a complaint on a gamertag that is in clear violation of the code of conduct actually having a racist term for a black
person beginning with 'N' but not the one you're thinking of, rather the one that was used a very long time ago and became prohibited. Yes, he has that in his name. And he still does. And I'm pretty sure the type of gamertag he has would only take one complaint.
So you keep on with your theories. Your beliefs. And anything else you want to convince me in believing. Not going to happen, not at all. And that's purely based on my experience I've gone through. Now this is the very last reply I'll be giving to your response.
I'm not interested in any further interaction with you. I try to tolerate everyone I read and would like them to appreciate my opnions when I appreciate theirs, even if I don't agree with theirs.

Everyone will have their own opinions, we're all humans, you should know this.

 

The enforcement team receive thousands of complaints, it takes time to investigate each one and that is why you do not see instant results. You could have 100 friends file a complaint on me today, and if those complaints are false, there would be no action
taken against me. You take the stance that the enforcement team has no idea what they are doing, and just take action on what anybody says, but that is untrue. Your are correct that we will not agree on things here, but who is looking at the bad side now?
You believe the complaint system is manipulated, and I say it can't be because each is investigated before being acted on. How can you manipulate that? Anyway, this question has received a verified answer and I will ask that it be locked.

 

Which is why I said it could be considered ganging up on a member, but the attempt in doing so would be to manipulate the system in an attempt in doing so. I reported someone for his MOTTO a few days ago was offensive. And I checked his profile to see how
quick it was dealt with, and it stated 'Code of Conduct' the next day. I never said the enforcement team didn't know what they were doing which is why I stated it could be considered 'ganging up on a member' and it would them to reach that conclusion. Would
you please stop trying to battle with what I type? I agree it should be locked, because you're only making yourself look silly by twisting my words.

In form it can, in an attempt to trying to manipulate the system means it can be manipulated. Whether or not the enforcement team take action on not, the complaints they would receieve that are false by other people doing the same things would be manipulating
the complaints system. Well pointed out, I stand by my statement.
