Gamertag Forcefully Changed.

My gamertag was forcefully changed after a heated discussion with another player named "About 9 Miatas". The situation was a Halo 5 game of SWAT that i lost fair and square. A couple minutes after the game ended i received a racist harassing message saying
"camping like a jew." This caused me naturally to retaliate by commenting on his anger. Further into the argument he continues to persist with more racism quoting ann frank and other unnecessary comments which led me to reply with a witty response. As a result
i assume he felt defeated and told me he was going to report me for sexual harassment. the point is here... I Don't understand why I have to suffer the consequences of bad conduct when i never began the discussion, NOR DID I BEGIN IT WITH RACIST COMMENTS.
My previous gamertag was YurMomsPants. this offended no one. It is in no way sexual, nor hostile. Justice was clearly not served as a result of lazy xbox staff just not bothering to review the problem and proceeding to prosecute me. I expect more professional
and legitimate responses from xbox "enforcement" team, or ill be sure to bring this up as high up the chain as possible. i will not pay AGAIN for the ignorance of an angry player who WON the match.

Several days ago my gamertag, [Mod Removed], that I've used for the past decade, got changed by Microsoft. I submitted a review because I was appalled at how it could break their guidelines and the decision was upheld. Growing up in a small
backwoods town in the deep South surrounded by both African Americans and stout old fashioned conservatives, I've never actually heard the term '[Mod Removed]' used as a slur and had to Google it. Nonetheless, it's a thing so I lose my name.
Fair enough.

But I'm quite upset by the randomly generated replacement name for the offensive one that took a decade to actually offend anyone enough to report it. Being large, soft-spoken, and having pet rabbits, I was bullied mercilessly in school and my new gamertag,
bigbunnyxxxxxx, is very reminiscent of things I was called. When I first saw it I actually thought one of my tormentors hacked my account and changed it to mock me. Since then players on live have made fun of it too.

I don't blame anyone for this, it's a random generator and cruel irony the name I thought was inoffensive got replaced by one that's actually personally offensive to me, I just resent the fact that I have to pay to have it changed to something that doesn't
remind me of my childhood torment Everytime I log on.

This is mostly just me venting but if any Microsoft reps see this and there's any way to waive the fee so I can change my name I would greatly appreciate the kindness.

If you have a perm suspension of the account which is completely different you forfeit all memberships and dlc and there is no refunds for that either

Forced gamertag changes are not given because of what happens in the game. Gamertag changes are given because the gamertag violates the code of conduct. The enforcement team does not issue changes without investigating your account first. You can submit
a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but otherwise you will either need to keep this gamertag or pay to change it to something else.
