Gamertag for 9 years now considered violation of Microsoft Services Agreement - BS

My gamertag was/is: [Mod Removed], and has been for the last 9 years. Gaming almost every single day, mostly in online PvP content. Today I am playing, and wreaking havoc in Iron Banner for around 3 hours then receive
an email from "Xbox Live enforcement action" informing me I have violated my service agreement. It is a load of garbage that I am the one who has to deal with this because I actually had a good day playing PvP.
    [Mod Removed]

I am a helpful player to the community, I do not speak to opposing players and stay in private party chat. I do not send messages to opposing players, nor respond to any of the offensive messages I receive which is honestly quite
    often.

Every reputable online media outlet with social aspects allows the exact same spelled name, Sony's Playstation network, Sony online Entertainment, Twitter, Twitch, Google+, Facebook, and so on, this is not a guess as I also have
the name on all of the listed services identically to Xbox Live.

9 years this account name has been active, and playing multiplayer games. That is 9 years of building a community name, 9 years of building a stream following. I am posting on every XBL related area owned by Microsoft and social
media alike. 9 years, posting on the XBL forums under my gamertag [Mod Removed], receiving responses from Microsoft employees acknowledging my gamertag.

My gamertag does not violate any terms of service I have agreed to in the making of it, or during any updated terms of service. My Gamertag does NOT contain ANY inappropriate content. Per terms of service those are profanity, sexual
topics, hate speech, controversial religious topics, references to notorious people or organizations, sensitive current or historical events, or any content designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these topics.

Six is a number, which is also the expected count on the fictional Yeti.

  2. Xbox To Require Sign In Every 5 Years To Maintain Gamertag!

Microsoft Changes Services Agreement: Xbox To Require Sign In Every 5 Years To Maintain Gamertag

As of September 15, Xbox now requires users to sign in at least once every 5 years to keep their Gamertag associated to their Microsoft account.

Microsoft is updating its Services Agreement, and of the most notable changes is that an obligatory sign
in once in a 5 year period
is now required to maintain your gamertag.

If a user fails to do so, he or she might lose access to the gamertag associated with the Microsoft account,
and that gamertag may become available for use by other XBL users.

You are not even in the running for longest naughty gametag, I think it is 11 years 11 months. You agreed when signed up to have a rated "g" game tag. It just took a long time to be reported.

    Do Gamertags Expire?

Ok so if anyone else see's this, the exact wording in the Microsoft Services Agreement (As of 9/29/2018) is this, " You must sign into the Xbox Services at least once in a five-year period to keep the gamertag associated with
    your Microsoft account."
