    I had just noticed while playing a game that my gamertag had changed from "B a b y" to "". I then checked my activity feed and had seen that it was changed 30 minutes ago, which I had not done. I have spent over $300 on this account, and am
    a loyal customer, but I have now just set up my PS4 again because of this disappointment by xbox/microsoft. I only had a couple dollars left in my balance, I also do not have a payment method added. Nothing in my recent account activity is suggesting that
    a name change has occurred either. I contacted live chat support, which after acknowledging their mistake, sent me here since they are not the enforcement team and cannot undue this bug or glitch. Now some random has my gamertag Baby because of this. I would
    like my name reverted to Baby, without having to pay for the name change you have forced.

    That is kind of why I am possibly suggesting it could have been a bug or glitch.

    You have no choice. Nobody can help you here, I am sorry. While your gamertag is a little on the perverted side, you must have been reported and decided to be "FNC"ed. You can keep it, but you will not be able to play on it and it will eventually force the
    gamertag to change and it will be "FNC*random numbers*".

    If you have been issued an FNC then you have no choice but to change it. The policy you read applies to bio and not to the name of the gamertag.
