    i ordered a new gamertag and its charged my card but not changed my gamertag . how do i get a refund?

    Reduce or make the price of name changing free

    So Because these clans and guilds force you to change your gamertag to join, that's all Microsofts fault? I think it's pretty obvious where the fault lies.

    I suggest you to wait 48 hrs and remove your account, restart your console and add your account again.

    Nobody joining Pre-Game lobby.

    I contacted activision about the game and they just passed the blame on to microsoft. and said that it's not our discs fault but your xbox's fault. They told me to check with microsoft whether it's a problem with my gamertag. But i do not think it's a problem
    with my gamertag as i am able to play Halo online.

    This isn't Xbox's fault if you decided to make a deal with another player and he ripped you off, then you are at fault. I'm sorry this happened to you and by the way calling out people's gamertags on the forums is not allowed.
