    Hello again, the gamertag exchange process on the Microsoft system is fully automatic, after you have chosen the new Gamertag and made the exchange the system may take a while for the new Gamertag to be updated in all the databases of the developers.

    No, you cannot exchange gamertags with people, and from the looks of things, I suggest that you find a different gamertag to use.
