Gamertag download

Hi! My son's gamertag will not download. It goes thru the motions. I've reset everything; modem, router. It's the end of the world!!!

Xbox One Gamesharing specific question

We have 3 xbox ones and 3 gamertags.

If Console A belongs to Gamertag A, and likewise with B and C

We buy a game with Console/Gamertag A

Console/Gamertag B sets Console A as its home console and downloads that game.

*Here's the question*

Can Console/Gamertag B then switch its home console to Console C and still be able to play the game downloaded from Console/Gamertag A.

 

HELP - DLC not accesible

Just to add to this, DRM based content is issued with two licenses, one to the console ID and one to the Gamertag that downloaded it, so to use this content on another console the Gamertag that downloaded it must be signed into Live, whereas all profiles can use it on the original console, unless you transfer the licenses with the DRM tool of course.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try clearing the cache three times then restart the console.

You can clear the cache by heading to Settings>System>Storage then select the storage device and press Y for the storage options.

If that doesn't work post back with the 8 digit error code you may be receiving.
