    Hi,

    I have purchased a new gamertag change many hours ago but my gamertag it has not changed still. I am wondering what is happening? Do i have to be patient longer? Can i get money back if it is not working? What is happening? This problem has not happen to
    me before.

    I apologies that you Gamertag change was not the one you want. However, Xbox does not give refunds and does state that when you buy Gamertag changes. Unfortunately, Xbox does not change Gamertags per request. In order for you to change you Gamertag back
    or to a different one you will need to pay.

    Uhh... Why should we now be entitled to free gamertag changes?

    It's still going to cost $10 to change your gamertag. What does making unused gamertags available have to do with removing the $10 fee?

    Hi sorry to hear that.

    I would recommend contacting the Phone support for this type of issue.

    In case of a refund the phone support team are the only team that handle Billing issues like this.

    I also Recommend waiting a while longer as it may take some time for a change.

    No. Gamertag change does nothing except change the display name of your gamertag. That's it.

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow this forum. I don't believe they can force a gamertag change if it does not violate the code of conduct. The only way to change your gamertag is to change it yourself and pay for the change.

    Changing your gamertag does exactly that, changes your gamertag. The account and everything attached to it remain the same :)
