Discus and support gamertag country problems in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i am trying to buy a new gamertag and when i go to the billing address menu i cannot change the address to my country it is stuck on the united states...     i am trying to buy a new gamertag and when i go to the billing address menu i cannot change the address to my country it is stuck on the united states (where i DONT live) if you know how to fix this help

    Well what country are you in and what platform

    If pc then you can change ot at account.Microsoft.com

    You can with console but you gotta make sure you are in a supported region

    There are more pc regions then xbox console regions

    Make sure you confirm otherwise you are stuck for 3 months

    If you don't live in a supported region then therr is not much you can do

    Keep in mind the supported regions are different for pc and xbox consoles

    Which country do you live in and is your gamertag set for the same one? If not then that may be your problem. In order to avoid issues downloading items your gamertag should be set for the same country that you live in.

    Sorry to hear it. Is your gamertag set for Slovakia as well or a different country? If it's set for a different country then that is where your problem lies. In order to download a game your gamertag must mach the same region that you live in.
