Gamertag Changing

Hello, I Am Having A Problem With Changing My Gamertag. I Have been Trying To Change It For Months Now And Still Haven't Been Able To. When I Attempt To Change It I Always Get The Error Box Which Says:

"Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to
www.xbox.com/errorhelp.

Status code: 80190843"

But When i Go To The Web Address Given and Search For That Status Code I Get No Result And The Message: "There are no results for "80190843"."

Any Way To Fix This?

No, Changing your gamertag is not required. Changing your gamertag is all up to you

Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.
