Gamertag Changed

so the other day my Gamertag was changed to a random gen name, apparently, my name sounded like an inappropriate word, it is the Venezuelan word for cute, I submitted a case review and I was basically just sent the same email they originally sent. I feel
it's a little wrong that I was forced a name change for using a word from my background, and I wasn't even given a name change, they are charging 10 dollars.

Gamertag changed

I got a message that connecting to Xbox Live was not possible with my profile and that I shoul download it again. After doing so my Gamertag was changed.

I want my tag back!

FNC? I few years ago they made my friend change his account. He was able to freely choose a new name. Now you have to pay? I am wondering why they changed it?

If the enforcement team upholds their decision there is nothing else you can do. You will have to pay if you want to change your gamertag. The forced gamertag change policy is per the code of conduct you agreed to.

Yes, changing the gamertag again should be possible, als changing back to your previous Gamertag is possible, as long as your original Gamertag isn't already taken by somebody else.

Keep in mind each change will require a payment.

I'm afraid there are no free gamertag changes, if a gamertag was deemed to break the CoC/ToU then you will given a generated one and if you want to change the gamertag into something chosen by yourself it will have the fee like any gamertag change.
