Gamertag changed without permission.

the ONLY one embarrassing themselves is you, honestly just change your tag to one that is not against the rules and MOVE ON no mater how much you complain or say you are an loyal customer is not gonna get you to get that name changed for free, pay the 10
bucks, change the name and just let it go.

will agree it sucks as I always have, but it's done and you just need to move on. Whining on here will not change anything my friend.

 

If you think my gamertag is offensive, then file a complaint on it. Simple as that. Anyway, I think this thread has turned into more of an argument then a somebody asking for help, so I am going to flag my own comment and ask that it be locked.

Judging by the replies I've been given I am clearly talking to 16 year old gamers and not to customer service representatives. Once again, I am so disgusted at how I have been treated. Microsoft really do have some extremely unprofessional people representing
them. You saying this is over has not resolved anything, nor does it have any validity in my mind.

I do not feel embarrassed at all, I feel embarrassed for Microsoft at how unprofessional they are. I was directed by the Xbox Support Line to come here and explain my situation as they told me they had no authority on the matter. I find it utterly disgraceful
that a so called 'support line' could be so unsupportive.

 

Then upon explaining my argument here I was treated like an idiot. Told by keyboard warriors that I was 'embarrassing myself' and attempted to be made out to be a raving lunatic. I have a valid argument to which you had no diplomatic response at all. Once
again, pathetic customer service.

 

oOUTSIDERo62, I hope you flagging this thread helps it be recognised by someone who actually works for Microsoft. I don't know why the Xbox Support Line would recommend I post ona forum that is clearly modded by 16 year olds.

I am in fact not 16 but a 39 year old gamer going back to the Atari 2600 I am sorry if you think we are all kids but all the info we have given nothing but 100% correct info on this subject. I am sure it will eventually get locked as there is nothing else
we or support can do for you.

 

Why did Xbox Live Support send me here?!?!?! LOL! You have no authority over this whatsoever. I hope the Xbox Live team will read this and do something about it.
