Nope as you are trolling and not actually offended

You are only lowing your accuracy score when filing fake reports

 

I truly feel cheated. I am surprised at how such a big company can be so very unhelpful in regards to a customer complaint. I work in customer service myself. To potentially burn a customer in such a way is just plain wrong. That's what you're doing to me,
burning me as a loyal and long serving customer. Oh and according to your records it's in fact 7 YEARS I have been a customer of Xbox Live.

 

I suggest you start using common sense what isn't allowed under rated E stuff isn't allowed on any server you will get farther in life and less suspensions in servers not limited to xbox

 

Actually they are helpful they made you take away a major violation of the terms of use and a better person since it was a racist name

Next time use common sense

You should feel lucky they gave you a second chance most servers will hand a suspension along with the forced name change and you still pay for a change after the forced name change

Thhey are giving you a second chance at learning crime does not pay nor does breaking rhenrules in life

If you want to continue using a custom nametag you must comply with the rules

If you try and test the rules continually you will see it in your wallet how not using common sense

If you do that too many times it will earn you a perm suspension of your account

Fyi it makes you stop to think why did I think offencive names are funny maybe I should think about others feelings first.

 

It does not matter how long you had that name noone can monitor 50m plus users for every weird hidden offence in the world that's why we have the reporting system

All you have to do is stop and use common sense

As a customer service rep you should that there are serious violations that a customer can do and there are consequences including breach of rules

Maybe you should apply the same rules to yourself and use common sense no?

Thhey are more doing beyond the duty of the service they giving you a second chance without banning you or giving a suspended service

 

I find it absolutely PATHETIC that such a big company would be so unhelpful over a $10 dispute. I'd hate to add up how much money I have spent over the years and to be *** over $10 makes me sick to my stomach. It's quite sad for Microsoft really because
by doing this they are not only burning me, but also everyone who I am associated with. Over $10!

I will not be renewing my subscription after I am finished with it and I will be telling people in detail in person and also at work [a video games store] of my experience with Xbox Live and their support team. To think I actually used to stick up for Xbox
due to their fast download speeds and excellent range of games. I am a fair person, I expect to be treated as such. You have treated me quite unfairly.

 

actually we treated you quite fairly it is not our fault YOU chose a name that was against the rules. if you want to blame somebody for why you have to pay to change your name blame those who abused the system by creating bad names that were just as bad
as the ones they had before. If you would have had a name that was not against the rules you would still be using that tag and not going on and on and ON about how you feel you should not have to pay to change your tag.

I do, and according to your terms and conditions names may be forced to change without the user's permission if someone takes offense to said name. I am taking offense to 'see pee' in a gamertag.

'ngocphi' This is a 'sound alike' word that has 'see pee' in it. My gamertag was
[Mod Removed]. After it being banned I have now become aware at how this may be a 'sound alike' word that could be misconstrued as profanity. I am offended by the Gamertag 'ngocphi'. I don't see how my former Gamertag can be banned when there
is an apparent MOD using a similiar offensive gamertag that violates your code of conduct.

 

I would like to inform you that all of these forum posts by myself and the replies have been recorded for quality and assurance purposes. Your responses so far have assured me that your customer relations team is of extremely poor quality.

 

yeah but phi is pronounced PIE not PEE so your complaint about his tag is irrelevant. and yes I can see exactly why your old tag was replaced as it contained a word that did sound like the F word. YOUR reset was 100% validated please use your head when
you finally pay the 10 bucks to change your name again or like the others have stated it will get changed again and TOO many changes results in perm ban of live, so think carefully when you change it.
