Gamertag changed without my knowledge

Yah, i'm aware of that. It's not my first rodeo, have one banned account for reasonable reasons. Just swap over the game saves to a new one with a new email and so on. Then good to roll. However, thank you guys. You all have givin me a better understanding
to how all this stuff works. From the FNC's to support people. I will post it when I do get it back. If he does live up his word of coarse. If not, well I'll just make a more incog name. Wish I still stuck with PS3 and never sold it. Never had these problems.

Customer support do not see the reason or reverse bans and it takes more hen 24hours for escalations

It sounds more like credit and I wouldn't push your luck with a similar name

I play fair. A gamertag doesn't define how you play or who you are. I treat those as i'd like to be treated. I'm not shady nor racist. I'm relaying the info he gave me. I will continue to fight for my gamertag if need be and it's not cheating the system.
Simply finding the fine line I can use for my gamertag without it having to be a name like ponypanda. Which is the problem with xbox.

The real problem is that people seem to love the shock value, or think its funny, or whatever, to register with a name that offends people. LIVE is a family service. Kids play on it. This is why your name must be rated G for everybody. I guess I just don't
understand why people like offensive names in the first place.

 

My name was in no way offensive. Actually, I went out of my way to make a good one. Which is why, I found it kinda wrong for them changing it. Yet my other account that is offensive i've never had to change. Besides little kids shouldn't be playing Gta
5 and if they are offended their parent should take the game away being it's rated M.

People do not get terms of use viollations for nothing

And no you have limited games which you can move gamesaves and if you use a program to mod the saves that's cheating and a major violation of the terms of use

Your FNC was not reversed. Support can't just contact the PET like that.

who support can and can't contact. What they can do and what they can not do? Do you work there? Likely not. You call, message, etc and they are there to help you. Hence support. They are there to help. I'm sure they have numbers or someway to get ahold of
anyone in the connected network involved with working within xbox live. Last, I have been reported on several occasions for no reason as some kids just want to create problems for you and your account. Other Words you don't have to always be doing something
"wrong" to be reported. Take Halo 4 for instance. You can report someone for no reason whatsoever.

 

people can be reported for no reason this is true but as long as you did NOTHING wrong nothing will happen to you in fact those who file the reports usually get into trouble for doing so.
