hello one of you silly buggers have changed my GT for no reason thinking it was a offensive GT when it was nothing close to a offensive one!.. im wanting my old GT back or you are paying for a new one as i have put so much money into xbox and then this happens
for no reason!.

Nobody in the forums will be able to assist with enforcement related issues or questions.

Gamertag changed for no reason

My recently changed my gamer tag to CuK x Stretch because my clan is CuK mean Clean Up Krew because it relates to fortnite when you see people fighting then kill both since they were damaged by each other already so you technically “cleaned them up” And then
stretch meant in 2k17 my position was a Stretch big so it was maybe clan + my 2k position conbined and it was changed for no reason just for cominbing my 2 favorite things from my favorite games my gamertag now is I would please like a free
name change or my gamertag back thank you

Do not create a Gamertag, profile content, Avatar content, in-game content, videos, or any other content that other users may be offended by. This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of:

Profane words or phrases

Topics or content of a sexual nature

Hate speech

Illegal activities

Controversial religious topics

Notorious people or organizations

Sensitive current or historical events

Any “sound-alike” or “lookalike” words, phrases, or puns that reference these topics

It doesn't matter if you don't find it offensive, someone did it was reported to the Enforcement Team. They determined it violated the above rules, as such you have received a Forced Name Change. If you wish to change your gamer tag you will need to pay
the fee assigned to it. Decisions of the Enforcement team are final. Also the only forum Enforcement Team read is this one

Hey there, AngryCalf733057! I am sorry to see that you had a force name change, but referencing drugs is against the Code of Conduct.

In regards to your statement about not being able to read the CoC or the ToU on the 360 console, you can actually find those in the console settings. When signed in to your account, head over to Settings > Account > Your Information slide > Policy Documents.
There you can see the Terms of Use, the Privacy Statement, and the Code of Conduct directly on your console. You are also given the option to read them on your console when you accept the updated terms when you sign in after we have updated them.

Hope this clears a few things up! Thanks for understanding.

You know what, I am rich and white. So it's okay I can afford it. It's the fact I never got to ready or get the option to read the terms and conditions. And that is just wrong that I now have to pay for this due to the fact you guys messed up. I am not going
to be that person that is like. "I hate Xbox I am switching to Sony" I love Microsoft. I love the Xbox 360 System. But the fact that you people messed up I am pretty dang disappointed due to the fact I have spent my last couple paychecks on your products!

If your gamertag has been determined to violate the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct, your gamertag will be changed by the system automatically. Unfortunately, you would have to pay the small fee to change your gamertag again. Sorry!
