Gamertag changed by my brother and i want back my other gamertag

Hello i was at my appartement and when i get back from school i see my brother has changed my gamertag and now when i want to get my old gamertag i need to pay 10$. I want to get a new choice gamertag because my brother is not funny and i dont want to pay
10$! Thanks for help.

I was hacked and need Assistance

I was hacked and some person went onto my account . He then put on 15$ and changed my gamertag ( Before it was changed it was called Goy ) He changed it to the gamertag . So now i am stuck with it . He then made a new account and stole the gamertag
by putting the gamertag Goy on his new account . I really need help here . This is hacking , This is Stealing and this is fraud Please do your best to help me out The gamertag means allot to me because it is my granddads name And i wont settle for
any other gamertag i just want the gamertag Goy back . Not zGoy Not Goys Not Goy1 . I want Goy back .

Sorry, but the only way to change your tag is by paying. Make your brother pay you for it.

As the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used and the way you share your personal data.

If you wish to restrict usage of your account you can set up a passkey on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. And thanks to the benefits of Home Gold, it’s easier than ever for every member of the household to create their own Xbox Live account!

Well this is a user based support forum meaning we are just gamers like you who dont work for microsoft so we cannot give you a free gamertag change. As stated before your account is ultimately your responsibility. So you would either need to pay the $10
to change your name back or make your brother pay the $10 to do it. But generally this wont be done for free since setting a passcode on your account would have prevented this from happening in the first place
