Gamertag Change

Hello, I currently have the gamertag "xX GUE Xx". I want to change my gamertag to "GUE" however it is taken. The account seems to be inactive and acting a hold. I am willing to pay the fee and change my name. I chatted with an XBOX Support representative
and was told to come here and post. Thank you for your time.

Xbox one followers privacy/spam concerns. END IT

Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.

 

Need your opinion about a couple of gamer profiles

It cost 800 Microsoft Points to change a gamertag, $10. Change your gamertag of the one you like to something else, and then change the other one to the gamertag you like. $20 investment and your playing on the gamertag you want to play on, and you have the achievements to show off your progression of games.

 

The buying or selling of gamertags is stricly against the terms & conditions & would result in a ban for both people.

Gamertags are used on other services,not just Xbox live so the tag may be used somewhere else.

If it says the tag is taken then thats it,there's nothing you can do to get it.
