    To whom this may concern.

    My Gamertag was changed without prior notification or warning from a tag that was a part of my astrology studies. My previous tag represented myself in more ways then one with regards to the beauty I have discovered during my studies. I do not feel it fair
    or even profession to be asking me a student to pay for a new tag as the one forcefully assigned to me is in no way whatsoever a representation of myself.

    If prior to this situation I had been informed that my tag was in anyway violating the guidelines and given an opportunity to change it without charge I would have been more then cooperative and happily made the change.

    May XBLPET please assist me with this situation.

    Xbox one followers privacy/spam concerns. END IT

    Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.

    Need your opinion about a couple of gamer profiles

    It cost 800 Microsoft Points to change a gamertag, $10. Change your gamertag of the one you like to something else, and then change the other one to the gamertag you like. $20 investment and your playing on the gamertag you want to play on, and you have the achievements to show off your progression of games.

    I hope that Xbox offer you a name change at no additional cost so that you may choose an adequate representation of your soul.

    Your warning is the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting your account.

    Getting your friends to post as well saying how unfair it is will make no difference.

    Smwutches has given you the link to ask for a case review if eligible but fnc's are very rarely overturned.

    I'm afraid there are no free gamertag changes, if a gamertag was deemed to break the CoC/ToU then you will given a generated one and if you want to change the gamertag into something chosen by yourself it will have the fee like any gamertag change.
