    Gamertag Change


    I have been having many issues with my XBL service lately. Being a gold member for five years and owning multiple consoles as well as games and accessories, I feel that I deserve some compensation for the issues that I have experienced with your services
    and your customer support agents. In the times that I have contacted you, I have only actually had one person help me. That person was Walter from your live chat support team. He directed me here and stated that the people that are moderators have administration
    privileges. All I ask is that you allow a one time Gamertag change. I do not wish to make this into a big issue but I need to know that your support actually listens and cares about it's customers.

    Xbox one followers privacy/spam concerns. END IT

    Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.

    Need your opinion about a couple of gamer profiles

    It cost 800 Microsoft Points to change a gamertag, $10. Change your gamertag of the one you like to something else, and then change the other one to the gamertag you like. $20 investment and your playing on the gamertag you want to play on, and you have the achievements to show off your progression of games.

    Gamertag Change

    When on the Xbox Live Dashboard Go to Dashboard>Settings>Manage Profile>Change My Gamertag

    If you want to change your Gamer tag a Third time or more, You May have to pay.

    You should feel privilages to have the option as no other console supports it not to mention its also the cheapest change with wow being 25bucks

    when you first start with xbox they give you a gamer tag you can change it once for free after that it will be $9.99 per change.

    Gamertag Change

    The only people who can change your gamertag are the Enforcement Team. They do not look at these forums, also they only change a gamertag that violates the Terms of Use/Code of Conduct. In that case it is a system generated gamertag not one of your choice.
    They no longer issue free changes so you will have to pay the $9.99 if you wish to change your tag.

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid there are no free gamertag changes, if a gamertag was deemed to break the CoC/ToU then you will given a generated one and if you want to change the gamertag into something chosen by yourself it will have the fee like any gamertag change.
