    Hello, I'd like to change some letters of my gamertag from uppercase to lowercase (but not change gamertag).

    For example: from "LeOnarDoDaVinci" to "leonardodavinci"

    How can I do?

    If you're not actually finding the gamertag. More than likely they may have letters that look similar to other letters when in lower case or upper case. Such as i in uppercase looking like an L in lowercase.

    You would have to pay $10 to change your gamertag. Note that the system doesn't recognize the difference between upper and lowercase.

    sorry you cant as it is still the same tag, the system does not recognize the difference between caps/no caps space/no space. and dave mcfly 85 are considered the same tag and thus you cannot change the caps in a tag. for future
    reference please create a new thread instead of bumping older ones thanks.

    You may need to change it into something else first before you can change the capitalization.
