Discus and support Gamertag Change New System in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hey, i wanna change my gamertag to a Cyrillic name.     Hey, i wanna change my gamertag to a Cyrillic name. So now my friend can change his "classic gamertag" (the one with the latin alphabet) but i can't. Does someone know why i can't change that?

    You gotta be able tonenter it in on the xbox live not just.the computer

    There is no cyrillic support on xbox

    With the new gamertag system, you can run two gamertags in one. With the new gamertag system, you'll have one gamertag designed to show up in the system and related apps. This is the gamertag that is up to 12 characters max. However, there is an option
    to change your gamertag to a 15 character one for games that don't support the new gamertag system (Which is 99% of games). When you change your gamertag, you'd wanna select the prompt

    here     and change it to whatever you want.
