If there are any users on Xbox live sending inappropriate messages you should mute them and block communications. That is the most effective solution to this problem.

Hello Vics,

Your gamertag contains racial content in it towards the mexican race. Once your gamertag gets reported enough it will auto-change to a different gamertag. You will still have to pay for a change.

Please be careful next time when choosing a gamertag. Also, you may Block Communications with those people.

Just open the message, press Block Communications. You may also submit a player review, as it will limit your chances of meeting that said person again.

Again, please be careful when you get around to choosing a gamertag.

NUMBER that is not correct it just takes ONE reporting of a game tag for them to investigate then they will give him a random generated tag other reports would just not count.

You will need to pay $9.99 for a new gamertag then. You cannot get a free change.

In order to switch up the emails on your accounts, both yours and your brothers, you'll want to follow the instructions on our

change Microsoft email support article. It can be time consuming, and you'll need a couple extra emails to do the switching, but that should sort you out.

Ok the only way to change it is when you sigh up and get a random gamer tag you can only change it once after that you have to pay 800 points/ten dollars fog it
