    hello i just went out and bought a $20 xbox live card and want to change my gamertag but i keep getting and error message when i try and finish up changing my name. i just want to know wh yand if anyone else is having this problem

    Unfortunately, you will need to pay again for a name change, even if it is merely to change one letter. Sorry.

    Nevermind, I contacted Xbox France for my account and there a maintenance today (24/03/18 - 13h47)
