Hello,

so I just purchased a gamertag and was charged for it, but I didn’t receive the gamertag. It came up with an error message but I checked my bank account and I’ve been charged for a 9.99 gamertag change. What do I do ? Thanks

I believe it is a glitch previous xbox members had that problem i would suggest that you reset your system the glitch could be only based on you Xbox.

This is how Microsoft is handling gamertag now. They're doing stuff where multiple people can have the same name, but they append a numerical suffix to the end of the name to ensure uniqueness.

why does it show to other players now?
