    Gamertag Change Error


    I changed my GT (gamer tag) a while back to "Royal UGTV" but on Xbox NOW. After almost 1 month of having my "Royal UGTV" GT, it is showing my GT as "Izumi Nakizo" that's the old GT that I PAID $10 to change. On my computer, I look at my account and see
    it as Royal UGTV but on Xbox and for all my friends they see "Izumi Nakizo" is something wrong with the system? Or is this some kind of glitch?

    Hello I'm Daniel,

    I believe it is a glitch previous xbox members had that problem i would suggest that you reset your system the glitch could be only based on you Xbox.

    This is how Microsoft is handling gamertag now. They're doing stuff where multiple people can have the same name, but they append a numerical suffix to the end of the name to ensure uniqueness.
    why does it show to other players now?
