Gamertag change don't work

Hi,

First i'm french, so sorry for my english but we have litterally no possibility to talk to SAV in french. SO (Mod Removed-Inappropriate) ?

I search many ways to contact the SAV of Microsoft but no answer with the bot who always says the same things, all the help link finish here in this forum. I tried to change my Gamertag the 1st February 2019, i've do the all things in my Xbox and everything
goes well i've paid the 10€ ( wow ) for changing the gamertag. But after that nothing ! My gamertag is not changed but the money has been retired from my account. It's been 2 weeks and i have no answer at all my help questions.

My command number is : (Mod Removed-Personal Information)

Please can someone help me or Microsoft has the worst SAV ever ? I mean Wish has best answer to your problem than the microsoft bot ?!!!

Hope someone can help me ... it's just a nickname change what is the difficulty in that ?

I'd like to change my gamertag too, but I can't because I don't own Xbox.

Gfwl gamertag changing is not working because there are still Microsoft Points and it's not updated.
