    Hi, the gamertag my WILD is linked with is my old gamertag and has no record of my game points or friends. I cant sign in from my xbox as there is no FORGOTTEN

    PASSWORD link on the console.

    NO AUDIO on recorded clips

    Recently, every game clip I record has no audio. I haven't make any changes to my setup at all. But these past few days, the clips record with no audio. Can you please look into and resolve this? I can't be the only one this is affecting.

    Unfortunately, your Profile has received a Force Gamertag change. Your previous Gamertag violated the Xbox Code of Conduct & Terms of Use. At this moment their is no way to get your old Gamertag back due to those reasons. Please ensure that any future Gamertag

    You would most likely need to give Xbox Support a call with the account details, maybe they will have a record as to why it was changed.

    I didn't think that Xbox were changing Gamertags but deleting old ones that were no longer being used.
