Gamertag change breaking Minecraft login

Hi. So I think I changed the gamertag for my microsoft account (Xbox account. I don't really know which) and I think it may have broken my login for minecraft on Playstation. I've looked through every email I have and tried to get into every one of them. None of them showing the gamertag that my game is saying it is linked to. I'm relatively sure it is connected to an old email address I used and changed the gamertag on. I looked at the phone number connected to the account (still my current one) and it's giving me the email it is connected to, and an Outlook email that I cannot remember and by proxy do not have access to. Is there any way I can get this reset? I really would love to play with my friends again. If needed I can spout off my emails to a Microsoft official to see if any of them match as well as the gamertag the game is saying my account is linked to.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you're sure that it's connected to your old Microsoft account and if you're no longer have access to that account you will be needing to recover it in that way you can try and check if that's the account that you have used in playing Minecraft on your Playstation.

Hi. The issue you are trying to fix right now isn't the issue I'm having. I don't fully know the outlook email, so I can't input that information in that form. As well as I only k ow the ganertag associated with the account my minecract is linked to and therefore I cannot play anything. Would you know of any way to completely disconnect the psn from the Microsoft account from either your or Playstation's end? I have another account that I want it connected to that is now my main account for it.

Gamertags are changed when the previous gamertag is seen as offensive to others or breaks the rules.

hi Kim,

I can login now, I switched user accounts in windows but when I login it says play demo , it also shows my Xbox gamertag different, it shows the gamertag of the account I don't have Minecraft.
