    Gamertag causing games and console to freeze


    This only happens on my Gamertag, I've tried on 3 different consoles and the freezing issues still happen, however my son and wife can play on all 3 consoles and they don't experience any freezing issues at all from the consoles or games. I've deleted my
    gamertag from all 3 consoles and downloaded it again but the problem still persist. I've thoroughly checked and it only occurs on my Gamertag. My external hard drives are fine, my son can play all the games on my console and he does not experience any of the
    problems I've had with freezing and games crashing. Like I said I've tested this on 3 Xbox Ones my gamertag is the only one that experiences games freezing and crashing. My entire Xbox is lagging and slow only on my gamertag. I'd really appreciate any help
    I can get at this point.

    personal ive had problems with forza before but the other issue might be the xbox. I had issue with mine and gamestop replaced it for with no cost might call where you got it from and see if they will. my xbox wasn't reading disc and freezing so might be

    To be sure, did your friend use their Gamertag on your console? Can you try recovering your Gamertag, to see if that resolves the in-game freezes?

    Do you have your console in a cool place with lots of ventilation?

    Is your game disc in good condition?

    Do other games cause the console to freeze?

    If you have a hard drive or a USB flash drive with sufficient space, try installing your game, see if this fixes the freeze issue you have.
