    Around 3 days ago, i changed my gamer tag on social.xbox.com i payed the $9.99 fee and everything. 3 minutes later my gamer tag changed. Then in all games i had still displayed my old name. I tried to power cycle, delete my profile, restarting the Xbox,
    I tried everything i can. Nothing worked. I went to my profile, the new gamer tag was still there. Restarted my game(s), nothing, It has been 72 hours since the change i am nervous and scared to pay another $9.99. Is this a bug? I need help.

    The gamertags are just being released over a 24 hour period, you don't have to claim them in the 24 hours.
