    Greetings my Xbox friends!I changed my gamertag some week ago and it was normal until the update when my console logged with my old gamertag and now my new one shows underneath,it is normal in all games and my friends see my new gamertag.I already hard-reseted
    and removed the account from the console all to no availl.I paid to change thats why im concerned

    The gamertags are just being released over a 24 hour period, you don't have to claim them in the 24 hours.
