Gamertag banned unnecessarily

A bit of background, my gamertag was Hairy Gimp x - Gimp could be perceived as a sexual or offensive term, however in the 6-7 years that it has been my gamertag, it has never been a problem. I had my gamertag banned on the 11th of January 2018, it was reported
at the same time by a group of players from the elder scrolls online. They reported my gamertag simply because they do not like me, they have played the game since it was released and never reported me, or given reason to believe they had a problem with my
gamertag. Recently they scammed someone for in game currency to do a group activity within the game, the person that was scammed shared this to an xbox club to let more of the elder scrolls online community know about these players. After seeing this, I kicked
them from whichever guilds (in game equivalent to xbox live clubs) I could, and warned other players about these specific players. Because of this, they decided to report me at once, and action has been taken. Maybe Gimp is offensive to some, but it hasn't
been reported due to offence in its 6-7 years of being my gamertag. If Microsoft don't think I should be able to have my old gamertag back, surely I should be allowed a free change? Having to pay for a gamertag change because I helped my game's community against
some nasty kids seems a bit over the top and a flaw in the system. I'd be happy to answer any questions/discuss this further.

Will i get banned using this gamertag?

I have the gamertag "JHAD EL SALIM" on my xbox one for about 2 months now. I saw a tweet from gamespot that someone got banned on psn for using the gamertag iJihad. Will i get banned on xbox? Please let me know because if i will get banned i want to tell to microsoft that will let me change the gamertag for free again

http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter if you've had a gamertag for 6 minutes or 6 years, if it violates the code of conduct it can be changed. You agreed to that policy.

 

My point would be, gimp has several other meanings and in the years I have had it, it hasn't offended people. I have been targeted due to my moral stance on an in game issue and they have found something. This is the Xbox live equivalent of stopping a car
and hoping there is contraband in it, the gamertag wasn't made with the intention to be offensive, I don't believe it to be offensive, but because a few people have reported me at the same time due to a disagreement, I now have a default gamertag. Maybe the
gamertag violates the code of conduct but surely having to pay to change my gamertag because of an attack is unwarranted. Attached is an image of googling "dictionary gimp", which should provide enough evidence to prove that the word isn't offensive. I'll
be happy to answer any more questions/discuss this further. Ideally I'd like to speak to enforcement on the phone if possible. Thank you.
