Gamertag Banned : Requesting Free Gt change

Myaccount gamertag: UpTheBumNooBaby has been flagged as inappropriate and now been banned and i have had this Gamerfly for at least 7months and my two other previous names that were similar have also been banned , I was offered free name changes accept
this time , I would like an explanation as to why ? I would like to be given another free name change as I payed for this name ($9.95) which now seems like a waste of my money and time if I can't change it. Forum moderators !!? Very annoyed dedicated gamer.
Have called the tech support (twic. , very unhelpful and useless) and they informed me to come on here and were certain I should be given another free framer tag change.

Will i get banned using this gamertag?

I have the gamertag "JHAD EL SALIM" on my xbox one for about 2 months now. I saw a tweet from gamespot that someone got banned on psn for using the gamertag iJihad. Will i get banned on xbox? Please let me know because if i will get banned i want to tell to microsoft that will let me change the gamertag for free again

I even experienced the same thing with my Old account that I have made.

At first, I get aggravated about it but one of those tech support I called in they explained to me clearly about those Terms and conditions when creating a Gamertag.

Sometimes Lad, we need to be more careful before creating a gamertag coz some cases we can offend other people with our gamertag.

 

4th time being banned for no reason.
