NEED HELP

MY SONS ACCOUNT(GAMER TAG) BEEN SUSPENDED

AND DONT NOW WHY ??

NEED HELP TO FIND OUT WHY AND WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT GETTING IT BACK OR RETREAVING THE MANY GAMES AND MAP PACK I HAVE BOUGHT FOR THE ACCOUNT ????

I also tried to changed my gamertag myself, but I have to pay ? After 8 years on xbox live, I'm pretty sure I should have a free gamertag change but nope , have to pay! This is all pretty unfair.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to that account explaining the reason for the suspension or post in the ban/suspension forum here

If it's a suspension then your son will just have to wait it out,If it's a ban then he will never get the account back & forfeit all downloaded games,dlc & remaining xbox live gold time as per the terms & conditions.

I think he is wanting that gamertag. He is not banned but wants the gamertag that IS banned. It will take quiet awhile for that tag to go back on the board. Not sure how long, so i would just keep checking

Another major issue that actually tends to prove the banning consoles for profit is the fact that Microsoft has any sort of system where a system will be banned but not the gamertag....this makes no sense and one can see how this fosters the idea of banning
for profit...One would think if a console was banned and forever unlike gamertag bans which aren't always forever system bans are always ""pernament"" then the gamertags associated with that 360 or located on that 360 would receive the same pernament ban...Instead
at times the system is banned the gamertag ignored thus advertising hey its not over just go buy a brand new 360 at 299 or 350 dollars and you can get back on.
