    hello I recently checked to see if a Gamertag was available on my backup account because my main had a temporary ban for a couple weeks, long story short the Gamertag I want is available on my back up but not my main. Why is this? Solution? Thank you for

    Available Gamertag no longer shows that it's available although it's available on my other account

    I'm currently trying to change my Gamertag to one that is currently available, but despite it being available a few minutes ago, it's now showing as unavailable on this account. I tried checking the availability of the name that I want on my other Xbox account
    and it shows that the name is still available, but if I check the availability of this Gamertag on this current Xbox account, it shows that it's taken. I tried claiming this Gamertag on the website as well as on the Xbox One itself, but it both shows that
    the name is taken. I created a new account in order to claim the current Gamertag I'm using now when I got the new Gamertag, but I can't change my name to the Gamertag I want in the first place. The Gamertag still shows that it's available on my other account
    but not this current account that I want to change the name to.

    I'm very confused and don't understand why this is or how to fix this issue, and would very much appreciate some help.

    Hi I keep forgetting my account passwords so set up new gamertag and account but lost all my extra maps for call of duty.

    How do I get them back onto my new account and gametag?? (got new xbox 360 as old one red ringed so not on hard drive or cloud!)

    I have 2 gamertags!!! somebody plz help!!

    The second gamertag which has all my gamer stats etc shows up on the gamertag attached to my main email account as a friend, but I want that one to be the main one on my Microsoft account, not the first one that I don't use!

    Indie Game Problems

    Account Management

    - Accessible via the Guide or the Main Dashboard

    + Via Guide

    1) Open the Guide, press the big Silver button with the X to do this

    2) Scroll Left to most left Blade (Tab)

    3) Scroll down to Account Management

    + Via Main Dashboard

    1) Go to My XBOX Channel by scrolling up or down

    2) Scroll 1 to the right

    3) Press A

    4) Account management is either on that tab or the one immediately to the right

    I think Account Management is only available when you already have a gamertag on the system that's signed in. Account Management does not allow creation of new gamertags. To create a new gamertag:

    + Via Guide

    1) Open Guide with no gamertags signed in

    2) Scroll down to Create Profile

    + Via Main Dashboard

    1) Go to My XBOX with no one signed in

    2) Scroll 1 to the right and press A

    3) Scroll through the tabs until you reach Create Gamertag

    i have a similar problem too, i have2 gamertags but i only use one as the main one, i bought the lost and the damned add on to my main account when it came out it even shows saves under that gamertag however i tried to play the game and discovered it got
    switched over to my unused account now i can't play the game under my main account how can this happen when i know i purchased the game originally under my main account yet it is no longer there under downlload history. but i found it under the other one how

    @case No it is not more expensive. Say my xbox one at my home and my main account has gold on it whoever signs into my xbox one will have every single gold feature available, EVEN if they are only a silver member. So basically as long as your main xbox account
    has gold active your wife will have gold features as long as she is on your xbox one. Hopefully that clears it up.

    If the account you are buying the skins with is on the same xbox that your main gamertag is on then they will be available to use on all gamertags that use that xbox.
