Gamertag and smartglass

So, I've been trying to use the smartglass app on my computer and android to stream to my 360 and it never works. At this point I can only figure that it has something to do with the fact that my gamertag on my console is different from the gamertag it shows
when I log on to xbox live on my computer. I am not sure how to update the info to match. The gamertag on my computer is the original name given to me when I signed up and the gamertag on the 360 is the name I changed it to after signing up. Does anyone have
any possible solutions for getting the names to match?

Oh and to connect with multiple account. you need another smartphone/tablet and the smartglass app. so if you want to connect to an additional account you need to sign in another profile to the other smartphone/tablet. so lets say i used my only phone to
sign in with my gamertag with smartglass. now i can use my phone on my gamertag. but now my sister wants to use her smartglass app on her gamertag. so now my sister needs to get her own smartphone/tablet, and sign in to her gamertag and use her own phone.
so yes you can use smartglass to support multiple family members. all you need is more phones that can use smartglass and more xbox live gamertags. or you can just use one phone for the whole family and you just sign out of your account and sign in to someones
else. but its no fun to take turns.

Also try the following:

1. Delete the Smartglass app on your iOS device.
2. On your Xbox One go to Settings > System
3. Change the System Name. The console will then restart after confirming.
   
4. Download and install the Xbox One Smartglass app on your iOS device.
5. Sign into the Xbox One under your Gamertag.
6. Sign into the Smartglass app under your Gamertag credentials.

 

It sounds like your xbox may be set to auto sign into a profile that is not the one you are trying to use smartglass on. To disable your auto sign in or change it to the profile associated with your smartglass follow these steps.

Sign in to Xbox Live.

Select Settings, and then select Profile.

Select Sign-in Preferences.

Select Auto Sign-in, and then make the changes that you want.

 

I currently have only one profile on my Xbox and it's not set to sign in automatically. Like I stated above, it's the same account, but the Xbox shows my changed gamertag and gamer score, but when I log on with my other devices it shows the old gamertag
and a zero gamer score.
