Any progress you gain while playing offline will be lost when uninstalling, as progress is attached to your Gamertag and the Cloud.

Hi Robert, if i understood correctly you are wanting to switch the gamertags on the accounts. Such as the names? Sadly there isnt a way to trade gamertags. You would have to change the names manually each.

And for the progress part, the profiles in game progress is completely separate from one another. There is no way to transfer or combine their progress together..

Changing your gamertag only affects your gamertag. It does not mess with your saved data or progress at all.

No, your game progress is tied to your Gamertag if you are logging in with your LIVE account, so you can uninstall the game without losing any progress.
