Gamertag, achievements, gamer points ALL GONE

My Gamertag, friends, and achievements are all gone from my xboxlive account. My xbox live Gold account expired a while ago and never renewed it, because I would just use my husband's account. Now, I just got Windows 8 and I tried to log in with my xboxlive
account. It wouldn't allow me so I went to the xboxlive homepage only to find out that all of my stuff is gone and username has changed. I have some weird username and a picture of a porcupine as my profile pic. Can anyone help?

Yes that is correct.. All content including dlc, game saves, achievement and Microsoft points are linked to your gamertag

 

Gamertag was hacked, all my points are gone

i was able to change my password but now i have no microsoft points, and i had around 1800 6 hours ago, who do i contact, and no i didnt buy anything.

 

Are you sure you signed into the right account?

This looks like a autogenerated name

Werre you asked to setup email or other privacy setttings when logining into the website?

That would mean you generated a new account if you logined into the console and saw that then it would be because you were suspended for payment options but only affects the console
