    Gamertag Account Problem


    Well ever since I transfered my account to Xbox one I have been having a huge problem. First, where it shows how old your GAMERTAG account is was Blank.. Nothing showed. So I tried.a newer gamertag and it shows. I click on my friends and it shows.. So I
    called Xbox support and they verified my accounts age is 10 years old. It should say 12 because I was a beta tester and changed my GT name I said ok w.e...i turn on my Xbox one today, I go on the "deals with gold" section and it says 4 years old.. Mind you
    its 12 and even there system says 10 (its 12 btw) .. I called back and they don't know why it shows 4 so they sent me here...now..i have been with Xbox since 01.. Was a beta tester...got Many ppl on board..and it sucks my gamertag can't reflect this..as a
    gamer it SUCKS huge..

    do digital codes work worldwide?

    If you have problems redeeming it on a UK account just set up a US gamertag redeem it on there and play on UK account.

    IIRC Xbox one games were touted as being region free so you should be good to go either way :thumbsup:
