    From what i understand, the gamertags are now case sensitive. Also some peeps where abusing it, so they decided to start charging.

    Enforcement United! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

    People are constantly abusing the File Complaint option in order to get a free forced gamertag change. Maybe they should charge the abusers and suspend them from using the Xbox Live service until they pay up. Just a suggestion.

    If you are being harrassed, you need to file complaints and block communications with those people. You can change your gamertag at any time, but you will have to pay to change it.

    Another option is you can purchase a gamertag change. This will help out so people will no longer have his gamertag and cannot harass him.

    Hi there,

    the best thing is to block and if needed report the people that are abusive via the steps mentioned here:
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

    and to prevent people from contacting your son please change the privacy settings via this link:
    account.xbox.com/Settings you can set up that only friends are allowed to message your son.
