My son has been getting abused on xbox live and is getting called names and i cant do nothing about it his Gamertag is please help

Hello,

I have recently moved from Croatia to Australia and am receiving alot of abuse on xbox live due to a offensive gamertag. My Gamertag () refers to what Croatian Soldiers called themself when they were fighting the Serbians. Due to a large population
of Ethnic culture in Australia i am constantly getting abused for my gamertag. I do not have the funds to change it as I am new to this country but Xbox live support directed me to post here.

Then report the said people and set contacts to friends only in bprivacy settings

the best thing is to block and if needed report the people that are abusive via the steps mentioned here:
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

and to prevent people from contacting your son please change the privacy settings via this link:
account.xbox.com/Settings you can set up that only friends are allowed to message your son.

Another option is you can purchase a gamertag change. This will help out so people will no longer have his gamertag and cannot harass him.
